Onboarding & Support
We conduct a complete setup and handover process, including:
- Secure Vault creation and configuration for all vehicles and drivers.
- Provision of a dedicated upload link, Compliance Keys List, and individual provider access.
- A online onboarding session with your nominated Transport Manager or Director.
- Ongoing compliance support and guidance by your assigned BFT Compliance Manager.
Upload & Validation
- BFT team manages and validates all uploads from maintenance providers, drivers, and staff.
- Every record is checked for naming accuracy, completeness, and date integrity.
- Automated alerts and consultant review ensure missing or late evidence is flagged and resolved promptly.
Compliance Maintenance
- Continuous document monitoring across PMIs, brake tests, MOTs, tachographs, insurance, DDIs, calibration, and training.
- Monthly Compliance Report plus a Quarterly Audit Review by your consultant.
