Onboarding & Support

- Ongoing support ensures your Vault structure and uploads meet DVSA and Traffic Commissioner standards.
Upload & Validation
- Documents are uploaded directly by your team.
- We validate each file for completeness, accuracy, and relevance before final filing, ensuring every record is PI-ready.
Compliance Maintenance
- Our team continuously monitors your Vault and providers, tracking PMIs, brake tests, MOTs, DDIs, insurance, calibration, and training events.
- You receive a monthly compliance report detailing performance, trends, and required corrective actions.
- In the event of a DVSA investigation or Public Inquiry, we prepare your evidence bundle and Corrective Action Plan (CAP) within 48 hours.
