- A Compliance Keys List for every event type (PMIs, MOTs, DDIs, insurance, tachograph calibration, etc.)
- Personal onboarding support and guidance on how to maintain the Vault
- Ongoing support ensures consistent evidence uploads and accurate filing
Upload & Validation
- Our team reviews and validates uploaded evidence for accuracy, naming, and completeness.
- You receive confirmation that your records are accepted and correctly filed.
Compliance Maintenance
- Each month, BFT reviews your compliance events and produces an Exception Report, identifying missing or late documentation.
- You receive a clear summary and recommended actions, helping you maintain continuous compliance.
